In conjunction with Job Centre Plus Selaine Saxby MP for North Devon is hosting a jobs fair at The Landmark Theatre in Ilfracombe on Friday the 24th of February between 11am and 3pm.
Anyone, young or old, who is looking for work, a change of careers or access to training is invited to come along and meet with and speak with the companies exhibiting.
Selaine Saxby, MP for North Devon, said:
“I am fortunate to have the opportunity to go out a meet many successful and expanding businesses across North Devon, but it pains me every time to hear that often the biggest issue they face is employing people. There are hundreds of jobs out there and while not every job is suited to everyone and some training may be needed, at a time when household budgets are squeezed, there are some great opportunities for the right person.”
